Teambridg Unified Dashboard: Wellbeing Meets Performance in One View

TLDR: The Unified Dashboard combines wellbeing metrics (work-life balance, focus quality, workload equity) with performance indicators (output consistency, collaboration effectiveness, goal progress) in a single view with AI-powered correlation analysis.

One View to See It All

Since launching the Wellbeing Dashboard in January and the AI Insights Engine in April, our most consistent customer feedback has been: "Can we see wellbeing and performance in the same view?"

Today, the answer is yes. The Unified Dashboard is live for all Business and Enterprise customers.

What's in the Unified View

The Unified Dashboard organizes eight core metrics into two columns with correlation indicators between them:

Wellbeing column:

  • Work-Life Balance Score (0-100)
  • Focus Quality Index (0-100)
  • Collaboration Health (0-100)
  • Workload Equity (0-100)

Performance column:

  • Output Consistency (trend-based, measuring delivery reliability)
  • Focus Time Volume (hours of deep work per week)
  • Collaboration Effectiveness (quality of cross-team interactions)
  • Goal Progress (integration with project management tools)

Between the columns, the AI draws correlation lines showing how changes in wellbeing metrics relate to changes in performance metrics. For example: "When Work-Life Balance drops below 50, Output Consistency declines by an average of 23% within two weeks."

The power of correlation: Seeing these connections makes the abstract concrete. It's one thing to say "burnout hurts productivity." It's another to see a specific number: "This team's WLB decline preceded a 23% output drop." Data makes the case that rhetoric can't.

Using the Dashboard for Team Reviews

The Unified Dashboard transforms team reviews from subjective discussions into evidence-based conversations:

Before the Unified Dashboard: "I think the team is stressed but still delivering." → No data to validate or challenge this impression.

After the Unified Dashboard: "The team's WLB score has dropped from 72 to 54 over the past month. Output Consistency is still at 85, but the correlation model predicts it will decline to 68 within 3 weeks if WLB trends continue." → Specific, actionable, and time-bounded.

This precision changes the quality of leadership conversations. Instead of debating whether there's a problem, leaders can focus on solving the problem, because the data has already settled the question.

Setup and Configuration

The Unified Dashboard is available immediately for all Business and Enterprise customers. To enable it:

  1. Navigate to your Teambridg dashboard and select the new Unified View tab
  2. If you haven't already, enable both Wellbeing Dashboard and Performance Tracking features
  3. Configure performance integrations (connect your project management tool for Goal Progress tracking)
  4. Set your correlation sensitivity — how much change triggers a correlation alert

The dashboard works best with at least 30 days of historical data, so most existing customers will see rich insights immediately. New customers will see the dashboard populate over their first month.

This is the culmination of our 2024 product vision: a platform that sees wellbeing and performance as one integrated picture. We believe it's the most important feature we've ever built, because it codifies the principle that wellbeing and performance are the same conversation.
