What is Teambridg?
Teambridg is a workforce monitoring and time tracking platform. It helps managers track employee productivity through automatic screenshots, activity monitoring, app usage tracking, and detailed reports — all with a privacy-first approach.
How does Teambridg work?
Employees install the Timebridg desktop client, which runs in the background and automatically tracks time, captures screenshots, and monitors activity. Managers access the Teambridg web dashboard to review reports and manage their team.
What platforms does Timebridg support?
Timebridg currently supports Windows 10 and 11 (x64). macOS and Linux support are on our roadmap for Q2 2026.
Is Teambridg suitable for remote teams?
Absolutely! Teambridg was built specifically for remote and hybrid teams. It provides visibility into how your distributed team works, regardless of location or time zone.
How is Teambridg different from other monitoring tools?
Teambridg takes a privacy-first approach. Employees can see their own data, delete screenshots within 10 minutes, and control when tracking starts/stops. We believe monitoring should build trust, not erode it.
Can freelancers use Teambridg?
Yes! Freelancers use Teambridg to track billable hours and provide clients with transparent activity reports. The Starter plan (free for up to 3 users) is perfect for solo freelancers.

Privacy & Security

Can employees see when screenshots are taken?
Yes. Teambridg is designed for transparency. Screenshot notifications can be enabled so employees know when captures occur. Employees can also delete screenshots within a 10-minute window.
Can I blur screenshots for privacy?
Yes. Teambridg offers a blur mode that captures activity patterns without showing readable screen content. This can be enabled globally or per employee.
Does Teambridg track personal time?
No. Teambridg only monitors during active tracking sessions. Employees control when tracking starts and stops. No monitoring happens outside of work sessions.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored securely on your Teambridg instance. Screenshots and activity data are encrypted at rest. You maintain full control over data retention policies.
Is Teambridg GDPR compliant?
Yes. Teambridg supports GDPR compliance with data export/deletion capabilities, transparent monitoring policies, and configurable retention periods. Enterprise plans include additional compliance features.
Does Teambridg log keystrokes?
No. Teambridg never logs keystrokes, passwords, or keystrokes. We track mouse/keyboard activity levels (active vs idle), not what is typed.
Can employees opt out of monitoring?
Monitoring policies are set by the organization, but employees always have visibility into what's tracked. They can pause tracking, view their own data, and delete screenshots. We recommend companies have clear written policies.

Setup & Technical

How long does setup take?
Most teams are up and running in under 5 minutes. Register your company, invite team members via email, and they install the desktop tracker.
Do employees need admin access to install Timebridg?
No. The Timebridg desktop client is a portable application — just extract the ZIP and run. No installation or admin privileges required.
Does the tracker affect computer performance?
Timebridg is lightweight by design, using less than 1% CPU and minimal memory. It won't slow down your team's computers.
Can I export data from Teambridg?
Yes. Reports can be exported to Excel (XLSX) and PDF formats. Professional and Enterprise plans also include API access for custom integrations.
Does Timebridg work offline?
Timebridg continues tracking time and activity when offline. Data syncs automatically when the internet connection is restored.
Can I self-host Teambridg?
Yes, Enterprise plans include an on-premise deployment option. Contact our sales team for details.
What browsers does the dashboard support?
The Teambridg web dashboard works in all modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Billing & Plans

Is the free plan really free?
Yes! The Starter plan is genuinely free — no credit card, no trial period, no catch. You get full monitoring features for up to 3 team members with 7-day data retention.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. Pay once per year and manage your subscription from the dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything during that period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes! We offer 50% off Professional plans for registered nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact us with proof of status.
