Teambridg Summer 2024 Product Update: What We Shipped in Q2

TLDR: Q2 2024 was Teambridg's biggest shipping quarter ever. We launched the AI Insights Engine with natural language queries, expanded integrations to 12 platforms, shipped automated reporting, and introduced team health benchmarks.

Our Biggest Quarter Yet

Q2 2024 was, by every measure, our most productive quarter in Teambridg's history. We shipped three major features, expanded our integration ecosystem significantly, and grew our customer base 28% — largely driven by demand for our AI capabilities.

Let me walk you through what we built, why we built it, and what's coming next.

AI Insights Engine: The Headline Feature

The AI Insights Engine launched in April and quickly became the most-used feature on the platform. Within 60 days, 78% of active managers were using natural language queries at least weekly, and 65% had enabled automated weekly reports.

Key stats from the first two months:

  • Over 150,000 natural language queries processed
  • Average query response time: 3.2 seconds
  • Manager-rated accuracy: 8.7/10
  • Time saved per manager per week: 5.2 hours (survey average)

The most common query categories were team health assessments, focus time analysis, and workload distribution questions. We also saw a significant number of "why" questions — managers using the AI to understand patterns, not just surface them.

We've continued to improve the Engine since launch, adding better support for time-range comparisons, cross-team analysis, and follow-up question chains.

Integration Expansion

We started the quarter with 5 integrations. We ended it with 12:

  • Existing: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Culture Amp, Qualtrics, BambooHR
  • New in Q2: Lattice, 15Five, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar

The project management integrations (Asana, Jira, Monday.com) were the most requested. They enable Teambridg to associate work time with specific projects and tasks, which powers our automated time tracking feature and provides richer context for AI-generated insights.

Calendar integrations (Google Calendar, Outlook) allow Teambridg to incorporate meeting data into its analysis — enabling accurate meeting load calculations and helping identify scheduling conflicts that affect focus time.

Coming in Q3: Workday, HiBob, and Greenhouse integrations are in development. If your HR or project management platform isn't on our integration list, let us know — we prioritize based on customer demand.

Looking Ahead to Q3

Q3 is going to be about predictive intelligence. We're moving from telling managers what happened (descriptive analytics) and why it happened (diagnostic analytics) to what's likely to happen next (predictive analytics).

Specifically, we're building:

  • Burnout prediction: 30-day burnout risk forecasts based on work pattern trends
  • Workload forecasting: Projections of team capacity based on current patterns and upcoming commitments
  • Attrition risk signals: Early indicators that an employee may be disengaging (with appropriate privacy safeguards and transparency)

These features represent the next frontier of workforce analytics — moving from reactive to proactive management. Stay tuned for detailed product announcements in July.

Thank you to every customer who provided feedback this quarter. Your input directly shapes our roadmap, and this quarter's features are proof of that. Keep the feedback coming.
