Teambridg Q3 2024 Product Update: Predictive Intelligence Goes Live

TLDR: Q3 2024 was all about predictive intelligence at Teambridg. We launched the predictive analytics engine with burnout forecasting, shipped the intelligent scheduling beta, expanded to 15 integrations, and introduced team health benchmarks.

If Q2 was about bringing AI analytics mainstream, Q3 was about making AI predictive. We shipped our most technically ambitious features to date, and the customer response has been overwhelming.

Q3 Feature Highlights

Predictive Analytics Engine (July): Our predictive analytics engine launched with three models: burnout risk forecasting, workload capacity projection, and engagement trend prediction. In its first 90 days, it generated over 12,000 predictions across our customer base, with an 84% accuracy rate for burnout forecasting.

Intelligent Scheduling Beta (August): The intelligent scheduling feature entered beta testing. Early results show 28% more focus time for teams using AI-optimized calendars. We're targeting general availability in Q4.

Team Health Benchmarks (August): Customers can now compare their team health scores against anonymized industry benchmarks. This helps answer the question: "Is our team's focus time normal for our industry, or do we have a problem?"

Integration Expansion: Three new integrations in Q3 — HiBob, Greenhouse, and Notion — bringing our total to 15 platform integrations.
