Teambridg Q3 2024 Product Update: Predictive Intelligence Goes Live

The Predictive Quarter

If Q2 was about bringing AI analytics mainstream, Q3 was about making AI predictive. We shipped our most technically ambitious features to date, and the customer response has been overwhelming.

Q3 Feature Highlights

Predictive Analytics Engine (July): Our predictive analytics engine launched with three models: burnout risk forecasting, workload capacity projection, and engagement trend prediction. In its first 90 days, it generated over 12,000 predictions across our customer base, with an 84% accuracy rate for burnout forecasting.

Intelligent Scheduling Beta (August): The intelligent scheduling feature entered beta testing. Early results show 28% more focus time for teams using AI-optimized calendars. We're targeting general availability in Q4.

Team Health Benchmarks (August): Customers can now compare their team health scores against anonymized industry benchmarks. This helps answer the question: "Is our team's focus time normal for our industry, or do we have a problem?"

Integration Expansion: Three new integrations in Q3 — HiBob, Greenhouse, and Notion — bringing our total to 15 platform integrations.

• $4.8M in estimated turnover costs avoided through burnout prediction and early intervention across our customer base
• 62% of managers are now using AI Insights Engine queries at least weekly (up from 50% in Q2)
• 94% customer retention rate — our highest ever, driven by strong feature engagement
• NPS score: 71 — up from 64 in Q2, reflecting positive reception of predictive features

• Wellbeing + Performance Unified Dashboard: A single view that shows the relationship between team wellbeing metrics and performance outcomes
• Intelligent Scheduling GA: Moving from beta to general availability with improvements based on beta feedback
• Year-in-Review Reports: AI-generated annual summaries for each team and department
• 2025 Prediction Report: Our annual market forecast and trend analysis
