To be absolutely clear about our philosophy: this dashboard is designed to accelerate adoption and share best practices. It is not a surveillance tool for AI usage. Consistent with our ethical AI framework, employees can see exactly the same AI insights about their own usage that their managers see.

Team AI Adoption Curve: A visual showing how AI tool usage has evolved over time across your team. Identify early adopters who can mentor others, and understand adoption barriers for later adopters.

Productivity Impact Analysis: Side-by-side comparison of output metrics before and after AI tool adoption. See the actual, quantified impact — not just the anecdotal claims.

Best Practice Patterns: The dashboard identifies workflow patterns that correlate with the highest AI-augmented productivity. These patterns can be shared across the team as adoption accelerators.

Usage Context Map: Understanding which types of tasks benefit most from AI augmentation. Writing? Code? Analysis? Research? The map shows where AI is delivering the most value.
