Why We Are Sharing Our Roadmap Publicly
Transparency is a core value at Teambridg — we expect it from the monitoring tools we build, so we hold ourselves to the same standard. This is our product roadmap for 2026, shared publicly so our customers, prospects, and community know exactly where we are headed.
A few caveats: roadmaps are living documents. Timelines may shift. Priorities may reorder based on customer feedback and market dynamics. But the directional commitments outlined here represent our genuine strategic focus for the year.
If you have not already, read our Q1 product releases, including SmartPulse and the Intelligent Dashboard metrics, to understand the foundation we are building on.
Pillar 1: Agentic Architecture (Q1–Q3)
The biggest architectural shift in Teambridg's history is our move from a monolithic analytics engine to a fleet of specialized AI agents. We started this journey with SmartPulse in January, and it continues throughout 2026.
Q1 (Complete)
- SmartPulse Agent: Autonomous workforce health monitoring. Shipped January 12.
- Intelligent Dashboard: Seven AI-derived metrics replacing legacy KPIs. Shipped February 16.
Q2 (In Development)
- ScheduleBot Agent: Autonomous schedule optimization that factors in employee preferences, compliance rules, workload balance, and historical productivity patterns. Expected April.
- ComplianceGuard Agent: Continuous compliance monitoring for labor regulations, overtime rules, and break-time requirements across 40+ jurisdictions. Expected May.
Q3 (Planned)
- CoachBot Agent: AI-powered coaching recommendations for managers based on team dynamics, individual trajectories, and organizational goals. Expected August.
- Agent Orchestrator: A meta-agent that coordinates the actions of all other agents to prevent conflicting recommendations and optimize for organization-wide objectives. Expected September.
Pillar 2: Predictive Analytics (Q2–Q4)
Current Teambridg analytics are primarily descriptive (what happened) and diagnostic (why it happened). In 2026, we are adding predictive (what will happen) and prescriptive (what to do about it) layers.
Attrition Risk Predictor (Q2)
Using engagement trajectory data, workload patterns, and comparative benchmarks, we will provide a 30-60-90 day attrition risk score for each employee. Early beta data shows prediction accuracy of 78% at the 60-day horizon.
Capacity Forecasting (Q2–Q3)
A forecasting engine that predicts team capacity based on historical velocity, planned PTO, project complexity ratings, and seasonal patterns. This replaces the guesswork in sprint planning and resource allocation.
Burnout Prevention System (Q3)
Building on SmartPulse's health monitoring, this system will provide prescriptive recommendations: not just "this person is at risk of burnout" but "here are three specific interventions ranked by predicted effectiveness." The recommendations are generated from anonymized outcome data across our customer base — what actually worked in similar situations.
Organizational Health Index (Q4)
A single composite metric that captures the overall health of your organization's workforce: engagement, productivity, wellbeing, collaboration, and retention risk. Think of it as a workforce vital sign, updated weekly, with trend analysis and peer benchmarking.
All predictive models are trained on anonymized, aggregated data. No individual employee's data is used in model training without explicit organizational consent. Models are validated for bias across demographic dimensions before deployment. See our EU AI Act compliance guide for details on our governance framework.
Pillar 3: Integration Platform (Q2–Q4)
Teambridg already integrates with major productivity and project management tools. In 2026, we are transforming from a tool with integrations into a platform with an open ecosystem.
New Native Integrations (Q2)
- Linear: Full bidirectional sync for engineering teams using Linear for project management.
- Notion: Document creation and collaboration tracking.
- Microsoft Teams: Deep integration for meeting analytics and collaboration metrics.
- Google Workspace: Calendar, Drive, and Meet integration for collaboration and focus analysis.
Developer API v2 (Q3)
A complete rewrite of our public API with:
- GraphQL support alongside REST
- Real-time webhooks for agent events
- Bulk data export endpoints
- Granular OAuth scopes for security
- Rate limits appropriate for production integrations
Custom Agent SDK (Q4)
This is the most ambitious item on our roadmap. The Custom Agent SDK will allow organizations to build their own AI agents that run on the Teambridg platform, using our data pipeline and inference infrastructure.
Imagine building a custom agent that monitors your specific KPIs (not ours) and triggers actions in your specific tools (not ours). The SDK provides the data access, the compute, and the guardrails; you provide the business logic.
We will launch the SDK in private beta in Q4 2026 with a select group of Enterprise customers. Interested? Reach out to our platform team.
What We Are NOT Building
Roadmap transparency means being honest about what we will not build, not just what we will. Here are deliberate decisions we are making for 2026:
- We are not adding keystroke logging. Never have, never will. Our monitoring philosophy is pattern-based, not content-based.
- We are not adding screen recording. Real-time screen capture is incompatible with our privacy-first architecture. We offer optional, scheduled screenshots for roles that require them (with employee notification), but we are not expanding this feature.
- We are not building a standalone HRIS. Teambridg is a monitoring and analytics platform. We integrate with HRIS systems (BambooHR, Workday, Rippling) rather than competing with them.
- We are not pursuing individual productivity scoring. Ranking employees against each other using AI is harmful and unreliable. Our metrics are designed for team-level insight and individual self-improvement, not stack ranking.
These are not limitations — they are principles. They reflect our belief that the best monitoring tools are the ones that respect the people being monitored.
We will publish quarterly roadmap updates throughout 2026. The next update drops in June. In the meantime, explore our current features on the product tour, or start a free trial to experience the platform firsthand.
